- Being our SEO Reseller we are acting as just your offshore service provider working for you. You or We are not our/Your Employee/Business Partner according to US / Europe or Indian Business Law Act.  All the resellers are liable directly to their customers for whatever written or vocal commitments, promises or deliverables.

- As SEO Reseller is an Independent business which has all the power to sell with customization or at any cost and bill in any manner or contract or approach any company hence, we are not liable or responsible to SEO Reseller vs. End Client legal actions.

- We are always there to provide technical support to our SEO resellers to manage any kind of dispute (related to SEO services) occurs with the customers. But we are never legally involved into it. Our support is for bilateral dispute management and solution only.

- All the content, images and design and anything published on site are property of SEO Reseller Network and SEO Reseller or any third party cannot publish it on their website without prior written permission.  The content is registered according to Indian Copyright Act 99 and we follow the guidelines for Digital Millennium Act & Chilling Effects for Copyright infringement.  In case you feel that any image on site is copyright of yours we request you to reach our admin (info@seoreseller.net & sales@seoreseller.net) to get it removed.

The publishing is only for informational purpose that yes we work on these sites. In Case if any company have a problem they can write to us and we will get it removed within 48 hours.

- All the cases and legal matters are subject to Delhi Court Only. So please bear in mind to file any case in Delhi High Court only but a legal notice (3 Notice prior to filing case is required).
